Today, we've launched a new look and feel for Krystal Identity — the place you use to sign in and manage your services. While this update doesn't change how anything works, it does make the experience cleaner, more consistent, and easier to build on.

Why we've updated the design

Over the past year we've been laying the groundwork for a more connected Krystal experience.

Identity is the first part of this journey. It's the gateway to everything you run with us, so it needs to feel intuitive, dependable, and ready for what's coming next.

With this update you'll see:

What's changing for you today

Functionally, nothing. You can sign in exactly as before, and all your services and settings remain the same. The update is purely visual, a brand new interface, making it easier for you to navigate and manage your services from one location.

What is changing is the foundation underneath. The redesign gives us the structure we need to introduce new features more easily and hopefully make your experience smoother.

How this fits into the bigger picture

You'll hear more about this in the coming months, but today's release is one of the first visible steps towards a more unified platform — something we've been internally calling the Ekosystem.

We'll continue refining Identity based on your feedback, and we'll share more as the wider Ekosystem takes shape. In the meantime, if anything looks odd or you have thoughts on the new design, our team would love to hear them, it helps us make things better for everyone.

Thanks for being with us at this early stage of what's coming. We're excited to share the next steps with you soon.
