These terms and conditions outline the rules for Krystal’s 12 Days of Krystmas 2025 Promotional offer. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms.

Domain Names
Receive 10% off of any new .uk domain name (.uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, .ltd.uk) when registering for one year. Standard pricing applies upon renewal onwards.

How to use this promotion
Put the offer code provided into the “Promotional code” field on checkout and click “Apply”. This will apply the discount to your purchase.
Eligibility
This Promotion is open to all existing and new customers of Krystal Hosting Ltd.
The Order Confirmation email generated by Krystal confirming your order must be generated by us during the Promotional Period for the order to be eligible for this Promotion.
Limitations
The discount cannot be applied to existing hosting plans and applies only to purchases made during the Promotional Period. This discount cannot be applied to virtual private servers, dedicated servers, Managed solutions, Katapult public cloud, or stand-alone CDN services.
Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons. Purchases made using this Promotion will still be eligible for our 60 day money back guarantee.
Krystal Hosting Ltd reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Additional Terms
The standard Krystal Hosting Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policies apply to all purchases made under this promotion.
A “payment period” may be either monthly, annually or biennially as specified in the Order Confirmation. The discount is applied to the first payment you make for your new Plan. If you pay monthly, the discount will apply to the first month’s invoice. If you pay annually, the discount will apply to the first year’s invoice. If you pay biennially, the discount will apply to the first two-year invoice.
All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
